Squeakielover: good job thus far! btw genius way of putting the cloth on the stretcher bars. definitely going to swap all of my cloths around now

I've been meaning to update here... I am still working on my stitching, but it has it's down-time when my other hobbies and daily life come round 
I had a vacation recently and took only black and light-blue (background) and almost finished it all (not completely due to no more thread
) and I'm now working on6 colors at once (black, blue, yellow, red/orange and green... I'm hoping this way I stay motivated more...

Looking good everyone! Here's my progress. I did what another poster suggested and used the 3609 and a strand of white for the background. Unfortunately, I had already done quite a bit of straight 3609, which looked pretty bad... Lots of ripping out for me

Wow guys! They all look fantastic!
I actually sat down and did the math...at my current pace it will take 6 YEARS to complete this project! So I guess that means I just need to work a little faster! (Which is definitely possible. I'm just lazy, haha).

You know how there are projects that you take when you first start stitching. You drop them to do other stuff and when you finally come back to it you're a much neater stitcher and all of a sudden your project looks like &^$#@$ compared to what you're doing now? For me, that project is this one, and all I want to do is rip half of it out... quite heartbreaking really!
