Re: Epic Pokemon pattern WIP!!
Lizard, I'm just jealous of you because you get to stitch so much... but probably shouldn't be (I dont know if there is a reason that is not so much to be jealous of). I did print the pattern (OMG!!!) and will be cutting a piece of fabric for it, but will be doing this as a distraction of other projects... So one pokemon at a time maybe...
edit: So I've gone ahead and cut the fabric and checked all my threads to see which colors I have and don't so I know if I could start. I just need some of the light-blue for the background and then I will be doing this as a mean-time project between all the rest. It's good to keep variation, right?!

So, here goes... I've gone and jumped into this insane project! Started this weekend and got about 6 hours done! I try and take a picture every 2 hours (of work) so I can see and track the progress.
This is my first wip picture after 6 hours of work...

I stitch from the bottom-right to upper-left, so this is Blastoise coming to life

I can't wait until someone finally finishes this project.
Good luck with this =]

Haha, I stitch from the top left to the bottom right, we should meet somewhere in the middle and it'll be finished between the two of us! XDLijnloos wrote:I stitch from the bottom-right to upper-left, so this is Blastoise coming to life

At your speed it'll probably be more like 20-80 % of the total piece... wow you are great at this. I just flicked through your facebook-progress photo's... I want to do that too!!!Lizardlea wrote:Haha, I stitch from the top left to the bottom right, we should meet somewhere in the middle and it'll be finished between the two of us! Lizardlea, it's really fun to flip through your daily progress album really quick and watch it come together, sort of like a stop-motion video. I can't imagine doing something that big that's completely covered in stitches... I think I'd go bonkers!

That's what I enjoy doing! XD I let them all load them I'm like "arrow key, arrow key, arrow key!" If it wasn't going to be over 100 days I'd probably make it into a stop-motion video, that'd be pretty coolRockstarGirl wrote:Lizardlea, it's really fun to flip through your daily progress album really quick and watch it come together, sort of like a stop-motion video.
