Hopefully meds and rest will help you make it through your interview. I do highly recommend ginger or ginger ale though. I wish you were closer so I could help with soup etc.

I had an inner ear infection last November. It was nasty as hell, and kept me bedridden and dead still for close to two weeks, the dizziness was that bad. I dearly hope you can get past it, QB!
My rant? I live with my parents still (long story) and since my dad hasn't had a steady job for close to two years, and my mum's pay alone doesn't cover the home loan payments, we have to sell the house. This whole thing has triggered an utter clusterf**k of things to break out, not to mention, just the process of selling a house is super annoying, the real estate agent is one of the most condescending men I've ever met, and the people who have come through the house are so nitpicky! Who cares if you don't like the colour of the walls or the garden isn't up to scratch? :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

No one thinks anywhere nearly as bad of others as they think of themselves. I have a feeling that it went a lot better than it feels! Even if you left the office in flames, it's not the end - if they can't see the value in hiring you, they're probably too thick for you to tolerate working for them anyway. But I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for you, and I'll light another candle. :nod

:cray: Thanks man, I really appreciate it, especially the candles, means a lot to me

It was for another apprenticeship and the interview I had today was with the learning provider for it, unfortunately he informed me that he wouldn't be passing me on to the employer this time. He said it "wouldn't be fair on anyone" and didn't want to "set me up for a fall" that the nerves got the better of me.

Apart from that other interview, which was more like a college application interview, this is the first proper interview I've ever done. So I just need to chalk it down to experience and learn from it. Although I have a feeling that when I get round to reviewing it with my advisor I'll be close to breakdown again. For now, I'm ok, twas a huge learning curve (I need a lot of work). :P

In the meantime I'm gonna distract myself with dragons...

Been ill, will be recovering for a few weeks yet unless it flares up again. Has a fancy name and everything, Benign Paryxismol Positional Vertigo or summit like that. Managed to throw up in front of the doc...

Still a bit.... Not right.

Hoping to be active here again soon ish, last week has been crazy. I managed to go outside for a bit today, first time since seeing the doc on tuesday woo!

At least it's a super-fancy name, not just a simple -itis! You should stitch that up in a fancy typeface. :nod

Thanks guys. I'm feeling a bit down last couple of days because of it all, this last month has not been easy at all and i'm a bit fed up and frustrated. I'm kinda secretly terrified too, because this has been the worst illness i've ever had and I do NOT want it again.

I just want to get back to normal....
