New dargons, guys!
One red one, found in the Volcano, and one breedable hybrid - White and Daydream. Apparently one has a BSA as well, but no-one knows which one has it yet, or what it is.

Hey is there something I have to do special for a vine alt? I've got a ton and I'm not sure what I need to do. I know it's a rare, but . . . how?

Nothing special, an alt vine hatches randomly from a vine egg. All you can do is wait and hope (and trying lots of it).

The only thing is that it has to be a bred egg, not a caveborn egg

The wiki also says:
However, there is a theory that breeding a Dark Green dragon with a rare will slightly increase the chances of the egg being alternate. This has been proven.

the way I got my first alt. vine was to simply load up on vine eggs. It still took a while to get one, but just purely hatching vines seemed to help.

I got my first vine egg from the cave and it just happened to be an alt. After a lot of breeding I finally got another alt, I haven't seen yet if it came from my first alt.
