Rugged up with winter in Australia. Its cold and raining outside - perfect time to haul out the game sprite blanket WIPs :)

Have fun working on those!!!

Heat wave here...this morning's walk to work was 73 degrees with a dewpoint of 72...on it's way to a high around 100. Still running about a month ahead!

I'm running around, frantically tending to last minute details for my wedding (that's happening in 9 -- count 'em, NINE -- days). All this stress means that I'm dealing with nigh on constant headaches which makes it hard to do anything, which translates to getting yelled at that I'm not doing enough, which means more stress, and blah blah blah. But honestly, all the big details are done. Everything at this point is just detail work and packing to move.

My veggie garden is starting to bloom. I have tomatoes, the peas started to flower, and I have had a few strawberries from my plants already :D It really is my favorite time of year. It has been so hot lately that I have actually finished sewing a shirt for my dad and I have plans to start one for my mom, while I hide in my house.
