Poll: Which fandom wins Sprite Stitch?
Yes, we're (mostly) all a bunch of nerds, and most of us would consider ourselves to be members of various fandoms. So, what's our favorite? You get 3 votes. At the end of 10 days, we'll see what our top 5 fandoms are. As per usual, there is an "other" option, because I will definitely (accidentally) be leaving some out, because I am only human (as far as you know...) I'm listing them by name of the show/game/whatever instead of fandom name (ex: Doctor Who, not Whovians.) They are absolutely listed in random order. Let's see, today is Oct 27, so the poll will end on Nov 6. Have fun! Comment away!

Wow, picking only 3 was really hard. I went with Star Trek, Sherlock, and Bob's Burgers, but I also wanted to pick: Pokemon, Battlestar Galactica, Futurama, Parks and Recreation, Firefly, and Nerdfighters. Sheesh. Who made this list???

Three? Three votes? I'm dyin' here!
So I went with Star Trek ('cause it's a lovely dream to think that technology could save humanity from our technologically-driven mass extinction event), Avatar ('cause I've invested a lot in that setting, far beyond the series and comics), and Sailor Moon (how could I not). But that's not even a quarter of what I would have chosen from this list alone, let alone everything under the "other" heading. Then again, maybe it's a good thing to carefully sort out what you love and why.

Super hard to pick just 3... I went with Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and Downton Abbey.
I REALLY do <3 me some Harry Potter. It is one of my favorite series.
I also love me some Lord of the Rings. I love fantasy series in general and I love the beauty, adventure, magic, and mystery of LotR.
And I might be the only one, but I bet there are a few closet Downton watchers.. But I LOVE Downton Abbey. I love the progression through the time periods thus far. I am not currently watching the new season as it has not started in the US yet so if you do watch please don't spoil!
Others I thought about picking: Bones, Game of Thrones, and other. I enjoy both Bones and GoT, but I considered choosing other, because I also LOVE Castle, which isn't listed in this poll.

THREE? STARRLEY ARE YOU TAKING THE P---ahem.
I chose Star Trek, because Star Trek. Pokemon because everyone likes a bit of Pokermanz. And Final Fantasy, without whom I may not be the self-appointed StabMaster I am today. And about a billion other things that could be conveniently condensed into "other", if only SOMEBODY had allowed moar votes!

I picked marvel, pokemon and kingdom hearts. So hard though. In the end I had to write down the ones I like and draw three from a hat. Easiest way to pick.

I chose Ghibli, because, oh my I can't condense that in a single comment box.
Professor Layton, he is the perfect bloke, the world is amazing, the puzzles are wonderful and did I mention he's the perfect guy?
I chose Zelda as well because it is the best gaming series ever, I do love the whole horse riding, archery, sword fighting elements coupled with things like grapplehooks, dragons, bird people, good vs evil.
I also love Discworld, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Final Fantasy, Xenoblade Chronicles.
I am getting there with Dungeons and Dragons, unless you mean like the film or something.
I really really really want to see Gravity Falls and.Bobs Burgers. Will it ever come out on region2 dvd!?!

Is there really no Mario in that list or is it just so random I can't find it? Its what I see stitched most here, so I find it hard to believe that its not listed.

Only three?!!?!?!
I went with Avatar, Marvel, and Harry Potter. It was hard to choose, but I went with the ones I've been interested in the longest.

Dr. Who, Kingdom Hearts, Discworld.
Dr. Who: My husband and I took off 3 weeks at Xmas one year and did nothing but watch Dr. Who, play Mario Galaxy, drink massive amounts of beer, and eat fancy cheese. Such a lovely time.
Kingdom Hearts: I've been hooked since the first game. The badguys are 'crunchy' on some worlds. By crunchy I mean there area a lot and they're fairly easy to kill so you just plow through them and it's so satisfying. Of course, it's a great feeling when you finally beat that big boss as well, but there's something about cutting a path through those little black heartless.
Discworld: One of the things that made my husband and me realize we were meant to be. That and Richard Cheese. The Tiffany Aching books are my favorite story line. Followed closely by any with the witches. I cannot wait until my girls are old enough to get into these books. Of course, by then they'll think they're old fashioned and will want nothing to do with them. Youth these days...pfft!
