To my American ears three stones didn't sound like a lot, but then I looked up the conversion and I was then really impressed! Congrats! (For any one else that didn't know, 1 stone = 14 pounds.)

It's been a while since I posted in here. Congrats so far to everyone on your progress!

I weighted myself yesterday and I lost another 4 pounds so far. I've switched up my diet and I'm getting back on track exercise-wise. I kind of fell off that wagon a little while ago, haha. I hope everyone is still doing well!

Great job! I'm back into the whole exercising thing, going to the gym and fitness classes regularly. I actually strained my lower abs a couple of weeks ago so I'm supposed to be taking it easy on them, but other than that I've been really enjoying going. My weight is kind of fluctuating a bit, but I think that's down to changes in diet and exercise.

Quick question: anyone suffer from hyperhidrosis?

Who's in for a June Ab Challenge? I am!

I've let my exercising drop off in the past couple months; I twisted my ankle and stopped playing DDR, then everything else stopped too. Going to use this to kick start me back into things!

Here's a calendar: http://s1278.photobucket.com/user/louis ... 7.png.html

And if you want more motivation, there's a facebook event for it you can join: https://www.facebook.com/events/1426424270959723

Here are links on how to do the different exercises correctly:

I definitely would be, had sciatica not kicked in on Thursday. I think there's a higher power trying to stop me from exercising! :O

As mentioned previously in this thread, I really enjoy Nerd Fitness. I'm starting to hop on their forums every day and make a few friends. I epically failed my first challenge there, but I'm ready for the next one which starts next week.

In the meantime, Steve (the Rebel leader) has issued a challenge through the NF blog: go one week without giving an excuse. You can read the actual blog post over here, and honestly, it couldn't have come at a better time for me.

Also, I love the excuse dump. I may need to have something like this for me all the time....
~*~Shiloh's Stitches on Etsy~*~*~My Cooking Blog~*~

June List
- Finish Little Nemo square
- Frame Weather Graph
- Sprite Stitch SAL
- Finish Grandmother's sign

Hah! I just joined this today because my cousin joined the fb group. I don't think my core is strong enough for the sit ups but I'm going to try and strengthen it with more crunches instead. I also am trying to get back into the 30 day squats challenge (I completed it in December but have been bad about keeping it up).

I think I might add this Ab Challenge to my workout. Starting a week late, but oh well. I'll just start tomorrow so I'm at an even week. :)

**EDIT- Okay, so I just did the first day of the Ab Challenge, and holy cow am I bad at leg raises! I don't understand how people are capable of doing this without arching their backs, haha. It was a constant fight just to get 5 half height leg raises without arching. I'll just have to keep working on them and eventually build up to the full ones without arching.

Are many people doing this challenge here? How are you finding them? Any tips?

I've been really rubbish lately, and excercise/eating habits aren't going to improve until after the beer festival I help organise! However, I've just come across this and thought I'd share. Some interesting workouts to do while watching tv/films!
