That's quite a bit for a week, well done.

Well done you too.
I'm down 0.9kg this week (just less than 2lbs) so that's good. I've noticed my body fat percentage coming down as well - in the last three weeks it has dropped almost 2%, which is also good.
rogueprincess20 wrote:This is probably a dumb question but, how do you add people to your friends on MFP? I only see the option of facebook or email.
I do it by finding the member I want to friend and looking at their profile, there's a friend button somewhere on there.
EDIT: Should have added that is on the website rather than the app, if you go to Community > Find Members.

Okay, today I did a stupid thing. There's a street food event every Friday in Digbeth (Birmingham) and a bunch of my work colleagues go every week. Tonight, I joined them. I ate approximately my body weight in beef. I feel sick now. I have learned my lesson - my eyes are bigger than my stomach!
So long story short - don't do what I did today, it was really dumb! I will need to go for a nice long walk tomorrow to compensate!

After a month or longer of eating REALLY unhealthy stuff and not working out, it's time to get back with the program. So I'm starting fresh again, updating MyFitnessPal and working out along with the Fitness Blender videos daily. It really is motivating seeing posts on here from other people who are trying to make healthier choices.
Baby steps once again…

I just joined the Nerd Fitness Academy, and so far, it's done a pretty good job at changing the way I think about things! Then again, it's only been a couple of days... But I like it so far!
One of my favorite concepts is that there are no "cheat" days, only times that you are deliberately setting aside to do something not particularly healthy. Definitely helps with keeping attitude positive :3

I stayed the same last week, but I am pretty sure there'll be a gain on Monday. My BF moved back to his hometown today, so there's been a bit of sympathy food. Will get back on track, I'm sure.

I wanted to double check before I committed myself to my excitement. So, I waited a week and weighed myself again. And it's official! In total, I've lost 1 stone and 2 pounds so far!
We recently got a stationary bike and so now I can do some light work randomly throughout the day. I think that the extra cardio is really helping me.

After some thought, I started the Paleo "diet" and plan on doing it for at least 21 days. I'm sure there'll be some cheat meals here and there, but overall, I'm going to stick to it as closely as possible. I also started my kendo class on Tuesday, and my legs are still burning from it. Hopefully this will give me a push to keep exercising through the week, which I've not been doing very good with. It seems every week I've been gaining, and I'm super unhappy about it.

Thanks Eliste and no_need!
Kareesh- The new diet looks interesting. I just looked it up a little to see what it was all about. Switching things up could give you a good boost. Also, have you been measuring yourself along with weighing yourself? If you aren't losing it in pounds, you could still be losing inches if you're putting on any muscle mass.
