So I weighed myself and I'm still the same weight, but I was silly and weighed myself at half-time... after I had loads of crisps and jellies and a couple of pints... sooo, I guess that's not bad. hehe
(I'll work extra hard tomorrow to burn those off.)

My weight issues are all related to the fact I have so many allergies & food sensitivities to the HEALTHY stuff

(Tree Fruits, gluten & wheat, corn, potatoes, dairy, soy, nuts, garbanzo beans, certain veggies like cherry tomatoes, beef protein.) plus a thyroid issue I'm currently working on with help from my homeopath.
I have a goal dress I want to be able to fit in come July for my SIL's wedding. (so 30 lbs?)

Ouch, that's tough to deal with! Variations on chicken and rice? Good luck!
I've not seen tremendous results so far, which is somewhat disappointing, but I am proud of myself for sticking to my Weight Watchers points every week, and working out 6 days a week every week. It actually isn't a chore to cook/work out anymore, so hopefully I'll see results soon. I'm going to Hawaii at the end of March, so I'm hoping to not look terrible in a swimsuit by that point

I have had such a crazy weekend. First of all, I awoke on Saturday morning to find that my much-loathed brother had finally moved out, so I have spent the last two days cleaning and moving things. But there was also celebration pizza and possibly a lot of brownies, so ehhhhhhhh. Weighing in tomorrow so we'll see how it's gone, but I have loads to do this week so hopefully I can get back to burning those cals!

Oh yes, Lots of fish/pork & chicken w/ creative salads and rice
WTG on sticking with your WW program. There are quite a few people in my area who follow the points system & have done well on it.

^this! That's great news, BMH - I think on an occasion such as this, you can allow yourself a brownie (or several! ^-^)

So I've just seen this since I've been a little M.I.A with starting my new job last month and being gone from home from 4a un 5:30 or 6:30 at night. I've been trying to eat healthier. Since I start led my new job I usually walk about 13,000 steps a day which evens out to about 5 or 6 miles a day. And I've tried to start taking the stairs a little bit more. If anyone has any good ways to eat healthy and stay full I'd be ectatic to hear! I want to drop about 75-100 pounds.

I had my doctor tell me to take up jogging. After I got over the truly overwhelming desire to deck him, I began to feel like maybe it might be a good idea since I've sort of plateaued with the walking. Any joggers on here to give me a few pointers?

I definitely wouldn't call myself a jogger - Long distance running is not something I like/enjoy! There's loads of stuff out there to help people start jogging though. I think someone mentioned a few pages back about Zombies, Run! which has a 5K beginners training app, and I'm sure someone else mentioned couch to 5k which is aimed at people starting out as well. I tried the c25k and it went well to start, but I struggled to fit it in around various commitments and gave up (I should really give it another go) The trick is to start off slow, with a mixture of walking and running and then build up to running for longer once your body gets used to it.
I've been really bad at recording food/excercise lately - Work has been a bit crazy and I've been under the weather. Now that I've finally got all of my furniture set up and am settled into the new place, with no crazy work plans (for a couple of weeks at least) I'm hoping that next week I'll get back on track with the food diary and excercise.
