Re: Weight loss/diet/nutrition - new start for 2015!
I know a couple of people who have been on FODMAP exclusion / really low intake, and it was working really well for them. They were on it for health reasons rather than weight loss, and they said they have been much healthier, more alert and felt a lot better overall on it. I don't know if they are on it long term or will start adding back in excluded foods to find out what was knocking them around though. You do need to be careful to make sure you still have a balanced diet and don't miss too much of some things.

How's everyone going so far?
My sister decided to gym the gym last month so has convinced me to go back in with her. It's getting easier to get the motivation to go in now.
On a side note, went shopping today and they had a garmin vivofit reduced from £100 down to £25. Decided to grab one at that price. It also got me to finally get my fitness pal. It's quite interesting seeing my food up on a screen.
