Re: What games are you playing now, and why?
Our Call of Cthulhu has ended, and we're going to be starting a Legend of the Five Rings 4e game next week. I'm totally planning on somehow managing to make myself into a Fire Bender from Avatar even though technically the shugenja aren't really like that in the setting. Can't decide whether my character should be based off of Azula or Zuko though. Hmmm....

oh tiny death star - had to uninstall that one since it was eating up all my spare time, and my phone battery XDMeiTow wrote:As silly as it sounds the games I've been playing most these days are Tiny Death Star and Tiny Tower. I also bought the new Monty Python mobile game: The Ministry of Silly Walks...the BEST Temple Run style game out there, imo! I mean...seriously, how can you top wandering around London as John Cleese from that skit?!

Yes...yes it does! My battery life was down to about 10% last night between the two "tiny" games and trying to read via the Kindle app. lol I usually set the two up and then go read and then check back and set more up and then go read some more and then check and set up one last time before I put the phone down for the night and it's usually fine but yesterday I was on a roll and checking it a lot. LOL!samarin wrote:oh tiny death star - had to uninstall that one since it was eating up all my spare time, and my phone battery XDMeiTow wrote:As silly as it sounds the games I've been playing most these days are Tiny Death Star and Tiny Tower. The problem with basing her off Azula is I have to be part of a group and play nice! Azula isn't exactly known for that... but yes, she is awesome. Although I'm currently waiting anxiously for the next episodes of Korra s3, cause that fire outlaw looks like she's going to be awesome badass and that could be a winner!RMDC wrote: Seriously? She does have her little group of girlfriends, though. So she can play nice...sort of. :pEliste wrote:The problem with basing her off Azula is I have to be part of a group and play nice! I wish that it was October in the gaming world (not in RL...just the gaming world)!!! Looking forward to the new Harvest Moon and Fantasy Life looks fun, too!

So I picked Zelda II as my Club Nintendo reward mainly because it was the only game I didnt already own or have beaten. I have to say its giving me the business pretty good. This game is fairly hard so far!

Getting ready to DM a 3.5 D&D group thanks to my brother. He and I are the only ones who have ever played before and this is the first time I've ever DM'ed so it'll be interesting. I haven't done any tabletop gaming since my daughter was born, so I'm getting a bit nervous, but it'll be fine.

Re: What games are you playing now, and why?
I recently picked up The Fall on Steam and recommend that you do the same. It's like a Metroidvania title with a little point-and-click adventure thrown in. It's an indie title, but it's well-produced; the voice acting is especially nice.
I still suck at Counter-Strike.
