I never play them in 3D, either! I always select the "play in 2D" answer to that question. I wish there was a way that you could have that automatically fill in
Just finished Link to a New World, so now I'm going to focus more on Pokémon X

Trying to finish up A Link Between Worlds (been super busy and I have last dungeon syndrome) and finally make it through the main quest line without being distracted in Skyrim. Then it will be on to more Diablo 3 so I can level my character enough to play with my friends that have Reaper of Souls. Then it will be a waiting game for Hyrule Warriors, the Wooly Yoshi one, and the new main Zelda game. In that interim I will hopefully make it through Bioshock 1 & 2. I've set a mad gaming agenda!

I got a new laptop, so I decided to see how many of my Steam games would play on it (all of them, actually). As I loaded Steam, I remembered the summer sale was going on. There wasn't much that grabbed my attention until I saw that Counter Strike: Global Offensive was on sale. I used to play during the 1.4 to 1.6 days, but I haven't done CS in years. Suffice to say my skills have dropped significantly in the past, oh, decade or so. >.>
I also noticed I had Bastion in my library. I wasn't the one to buy it. Perhaps it was a gift from one of my brothers-in-law? A present from a fairy? Regardless, I decided to try it out. It's interesting, if a little loose on the controls. Very pretty. I like the narration as well.

I'd forgotten it's the last day of the Steam sale - many thanks for the reminder RMDC! I've just picked up the Oddworld Oddboxx - I loved playing Abe's Oddysee and Abe's Exoddus years ago, looking forward to playing them again!

Finished WolfenStein The New Order... and I wasnt impressed. I had to force myself to play it. I had more fun playing the original game in a couple bonus sequences than the new game. I cant really name one thing I liked about it so ill leave it at that. I did download an android game during their free giveaway called Dungeon Village. Its pretty addicting. Also, I have Watch Dogs coming in the mail from Gamefly.

has anyone else tried watch_dogs? seriously, with all the hype and the sales (ubisoft's best selling new IP, something like 4 mil in week 1) i was expecting more. Its a driving game, all i am tasked to do is drive and drive and drive, and the cars handle like bricks. The hacking in the main story is fun, but all the side stuff is "repeat this task 50 times with 0 change". If youve done one criminal convoy youve done them all. And apparently it is even worse on the 360/ps4 (personally playing on my XBox One) with horrible frame rate issues and pretty bad graphics. I really wish i had never started it.
On a happy note, valiant hearts is amazing, please go play it now - don't even finish reading this post, just go play it! Also, bring tissue!

Agreed. I played Watch Dogs after my brother was done with it on the PS4 - I should have trusted his judgment when he told me not to bother! Boring and repetitive, and the characters weren't even slightly likeable. I don't recommend it at all.
I've seen some trailers for Valiant Hearts that look really cool, but I haven't had a chance to check it out just yet. Tomorrow, perhaps...

hmmmmmm, looks like im in for another disappointing game. But, thats why I love Gamefly. Dont have to worry about spending money on a game I dont like. If its terrible I can just send it back and grab another. I was most excited about trying out the hacking system so im glad to hear thats fun. If the side stuff is repetitive Ill just skip as much of it as possible. Im really just wasting time till Tales of Xillia 2 comes out in August

I have been abusing ebgames 7 day no questions asked return policy. So i cranked out Murdered Soul Suspect in 2 days, returned it and got watch dogs. So, i essentially got it for free since i would have got murdered soul suspect either way. I just didn't know what to get so i said "what the hey, its selling millions must have some redeeming qualities." If i didn't care about gamerscore i would never play it again. But i have a nice 175/1000 gamerscore in it now so im going to have to muddle through.
Very excited for any "tales of" game, pretty much the only reason i let my boyfriend get a ps3. that and ffx/x-2 hd remake.

As silly as it sounds the games I've been playing most these days are Tiny Death Star and Tiny Tower. I also bought the new Monty Python mobile game: The Ministry of Silly Walks...the BEST Temple Run style game out there, imo! I mean...seriously, how can you top wandering around London as John Cleese from that skit?!
