Finally talked my hubby into a new game. :D I've been debating between Disney's Magical World and Conception 2. We went out to Chili's for lunch and there is a target nearby so we went to look. I ended up getting Disney's Magical World because Target didn't have Conception 2 and I love it so far. It's like a mix of Animal Crossing and an action-type rpg with Disney characters. lol You run around doing favors for characters and quests in the different area worlds (there's Cinderella's castle area, the 100 acre wood, Alice's Wonderland, Agrabah, and another one I can't remember right now). You have a cafe where you can make food and get monies, Daisy owns a boutique where you can get clothes made. Chip and Dale run the local furniture shop to have stuff for your cafe made, and Scrooge McDuck, Huey, Dewey, and Louie run the shop where you can buy stuff. You go to areas to fight ghosts to complete the quests. People can come visit you like in Animal Crossing. There's collection stuff as well (outfits, fish, greetings, etc). I encourage you to check out some gameplay video on Youtube if you are interested.

I read on a forum where someone described it as a Disney Rune Factory. I really want it, I'll probably buy it today.

downloaded Plague Inc. on my kindle fire. The objective is to create a virus that destroys humanity. its very basic to control, simply click on things and watch what happens. There is a good bit of stratedgy involved depending on different scenarios. Its highly addicting. I played untill my eyes got screwy from looking at the screen so long. Plus, it was only 1$ (3$ if you get the zombie expansion pack). Anyone else have any experience with this game?

I can see that. Going into the different worlds on quests is kinda like going into the caves and doing stuff in Rune Factory. :) My friend says you eventually get a house as well (further evidenced by the Sleeping Beauty bed I got with the dlc earlier), I just haven't gotten that far yet.

I picked up a couple of games through the $0.99 sale PlayStation was having. Mainly Crash Bandicoot games, but I also bought Braid. I vaguely remember hearing about it when it first came out, so I thought I would give it a try. It's okay. I think what bothers me the most is they just kinda throw you into the game and that's it. I have a love/hate tutorial, but I feel like this one needs just a little bit more than what they give you. I think I'm over half-way done so we'll see.

My game of choice currently is Pokemon X. The fiance is playing Pokemon Y and I get insanely jealous when I look over and he has pokemon I've never seen in my game LOL.

Finally got to playing NES Remix 2. I am liking it, seems a little easier to 3 star than the last. My least favorite challenges were the ones in Wario Woods.

Just ordered Conception 2: Children of the Seven Stars off Amazon. Should be here by Monday so I'll have to pick between it and Disney Magical World. Tee hee

Purchased Animal Crossing:New Leaf and A Link Between Worlds for the DS and Tearaway for the PSVita to play on a couple of long-haul flights I took recently, and definitely didn't regret it! All three games are great so far, although I have been getting stuck a bit in Zelda (but I guess that's to be expected). I was able to find power plugs to charge my consoles in every airport we went through (Sydney, Hong Kong and Heathrow), which was pretty great!

Hit Gamestop to trade in some games (they're running a special trade-in offer this weekend where you can get extra credit) and ended up paying only $5 for the new Gardening Mama 2!
