Mm stitching for charity 2016

Post by sawyerssnowflake »

Hi everyone! I wanted to claim this game before anyone else did for stitching for charity 2016. As per the rules it needs to be 96x96 on 16 count aida. This game brings back a lot of memories of my sister and I playing it when we were younger. I would like it to be less than 15 colors. Thanks in advance for your help!

Do you have a better quality image than the one linked? This one looks like a jpg saved as a png, and isn't the best quality. If you could find a better one, that would be much easier to work with :)

Would this green one be better? I really want it to be the green so even if you find something better that's green I'd appreciate it. Thanks BMH for trying!

Actually have found a better one - it's the same area as the top one but Mickey & Minnie are on the lower level.
OK, are you wanting the whole image resized or would you be happy to crop to 96x96?

Have we heard anything from tnitnetny on whether there's going to be a 2016 quilt?
Tnitnetny puts a ton of time and effort into these quilts, and I don't want to assume we'll be doing a 2016, in case they want to take a year off or something. (though I've already started working on this year's square as well.)

Thanks BMH, it looks amazing. I'll get the supplies tomorrow! Delver, I'm hoping she does it because I am extremely motivated this year. If not, I will wait until we do it again. I just need a reason to start stitching something after I finish my swap project. (Which is ironically missing a color so I'm going shopping tomorrow anyways lol)

Not yet. She has been very busy recently building up all her quilt and pillow stock from scratch. It's usually about this time that we get it going, though. If I don't hear from her shortly, I'll send her a little message to see what's happening.
