After my intro to chemistry class last Fall, I got this awesome idea to make bracelets with the electron configurations of different elements. It was a bit tricky to figure out how to execute it, though, since I wanted the bracelets to actually fit around an average wrist. These are what I came up with, and I gave them to my grandma and my sister. The first one is Gold, and the second one is Platinum. (For more of an explanation, click on a pic and read the caption.)

Re: electron configuration bracelets!
This little glass-bead wrap bracelet is definitely too complicated.
Most of its beads are made of cobalt glass because the bracelet is conceptually based on the electron configuration of a cobalt atom.
If you have no idea what that is, then you're probably not the target.
