Finally ...
Finally, after 3 years, with many stops, I managed to finish the stitch "Last Supper of Christ."
Doing the backstitch was an horror ... but it looks much better with it!
here's the picture:
- Almost 46000 crosses (my biggest project)!

I know you all talk about aida 14 or 16 or 18, but I don't understand what is the significance of the number!
So, I don't know what count aida is... but it's more or less 10 stitches=2cm

Normally Aida is measured in squares per inch (i.e. how many crosses you can make in one inch) so yours would be about 12-13 count, from what you've said. The whole project must be huge!
