Why do they need glued together? just so they don't break apart? they look great btw

The glue helps the piece stay together so it won't break a part; but just like anything else you buy it can be broken if you don't take care of it.

I've been making some 8bit fruit; all sculptures are re-scaled from the original designs from the Pac-Man games.
