Oh count me in! I've been quilting longer than I've been cross stitching, and I actually have never made a quilt for myself.

Awesome!! Nicole and I are working on the patterns now. It will start in November. The first month will be the "shopping" month where I will give everyone the fabric amounts and colors.

Oh, this sounds fantastic! But... I really don't have much in terms of quilting supplies Being a transient college student makes things rather difficult. I could see about borrowing a sewing machine :/ Maybe I'll just have to watch this one pan out.

For anyone interested in quilting that hasn't quilted before you can do this quilt a long. You will need:

*Sewing Machine
*Rotary cutter
*Straight edge tool
*Self healing cutting mat
*Straight pins

Yeah, that machine is only $80. We won't be starting the actual "blocks" until December so if you don't have a sewing machine you can always ask for one for Christmas! If anyone else would like me to link anything else I would suggest let me know.
