I do, too! I think I even have a tunisian crochet hook somewhere.

The new update is great...good luck on Super!

This looks ah-mazing. Are you doing the entire width at once, rather then in strips? That is crazy scary, i see all the stitch holders/needles/crochet hooks you've got along the top.

I hope you guys all really do learn how to and show off all the great stuff you're going to make!. I for one am all for it!

Keep practicing, and remember that it's okay if you have to rip some out. Unfortunately it's part of the learning process and I myself can't do a project without at least ripping out some part of it, lol.

I am doing the width all at once instead of in strips it's actually a lot easier because I don't have to worry about joining them when it's all finished. The holders at the top are just to make it not roll so the picture can be seen.

Hmm, seeing your amazing blanket updates every now and then have increased my curiosity in Tunisian crochet. I ignored the technique initially because I only own small hooks buuuut I just found out that they sell double-ended hooks at a store close to me! I don't think I will ever take on as complicated a project as this one (too much yarn to organize) but I wanted to let you know that you officially convinced me to try something new :D

I am going to go buy a new hook tonight!
[edit]
Sooo instead of buying a new hook I just got a jump rope from the dollar store and have attatched the tubing to one of my normal-sized hooks :secret

Lalina, that is awesome. I do hope you will share some of your new projects. As far as the hook goes, whatever works and cheaper :)
