I'm using the RedHeart Super Saver Yarn. It's acrylic so it's more wallet friendly

After a week off of work, I'm halfway finished with the 3, started
and
on the border. Hopefully with my next three days off that are coming up I can finish up the 3 and begin the text.

You've gotten a lot accomplished!
As for yarn taking over the living room...I have that problem sometimes myself! Sometimes it's on purpose...other times my cat surprises me!
