Donkey Kong Shelves!
Tetris shelves? lame. These donkey kong shelves are the single handed most awesomest radical shelves I have ever seen in my life. Now pay attention, there is more to this picture than first meets the eye…First off check the stuffed monkey at the top, and the blue ladders at each level. THEN…are those cross stitchings?? maybe…and check out the N64 collection on the third shelf, all the other systems have multiple games, but the N64 only has bond! thats awesome. I think he’s trying to make a statement here.

Those aren’t cross stitchings. They’re video game watercolor paintings by a really awesome illustrator Scott C. The series is called “Great Showdowns (of the 8-bit era)”.

Wow, so many ideas on this blog that I want to steal.
Maybe Homer is included to represent an evolutionary form even lower than Donkey Kong, but maybe I’m reading too much into it.

Bamiyan, you’re right. Those are some prints of the Scott C Greatest Showdowns from the I-Am-8-Bit. He does some really amazing art, but it is not cross stitch.
If you want some more detail about the shelves and my gaming room in general check out my site at. Glad you guys like it.
