Portland is an awesome city, and Ground Kontrol is a fun place to go to while away a few hours and a fistful of quarters.

I was just looking through these old entries and when I got to this I thought: Hey, they have those at Ground Kontrol!
Then actually read the post and realized that it was the same one I remember.
Seriously, go there.
If Portland wasn’t incredible enough on its own, this place makes it all the more worth while. I’m sure you can tell by their website how much fun potential it has but it really must be experienced.
I live a mere 2 1/2 hours away and gladly make the drive for this place.
But on a similar note, if you find yourself in Southern California you must check out Ms. T’s Barcade in L.A.
Reasonable drink prices, Ms. Pac Man cocktail, Rampage, Robotron, Paperboy, Punch-out, Galaga, Gauntlet, Centipede, Twilight Zone pinball and more.
